The Climate Crisis Is a Class Crisis

The climate crisis is also a class crisis. It's an economic crisis. The two richest, two wealthiest individuals are as wealthy as the bottom 50 % of the people in this country. Extremely wealthy people and corporations are benefiting so much from the present system that they have no desire to change it very radically. And we can't talk about ecological crisis without recognizing that extremely wealthy people who largely control what's going on in this nation.
