Flood Insurance - The First Flood

The first flood was in two thousand one, after tropical storm allison. This left the juckers on the hook for about a hundred thousand dollars of damages. It did inspire them to buy flood insurance, which would cover property damage and business interruption insurance. These turned out to be prudent purchases; they have since had several more major disasters....
