I have been speaking to a number of personal training organisations and they are creating apps. The exercise component seems to be like, okay, we can send programs and workouts. That is fairly easy. It is the other stuff where there is the value in terms of accountability, motivation. I love that PT story and I recommend people just read that and let it sit for a while. Most people do not have access to that or sleep data.
