The Logistical Difficulties of Confessions
I understand the depth of shame that does accompany it. I respected those men a great, great deal to be in the presence of your peers and to kind of out yourself. It's just a tough thing. To say like, I'm serious about healing and growing beyond the sin. Like this is not just a permanent feature of my life. And I think one of the things that's going to help me is the sacrifice of the mass being present at a holy thing even though I myself am not holy, right? But I believe the drawing near to holy things has an effect.
