Is Open Source a Generic Thing?

Open source is not a generic thing, and I think people often get confused. It's actually not relevant that centuries open source, if you're honest with yourself. Can you self-host it for free? That's all people actually care about. And more importantly, we basically employ every contractor who wants employed that helps us with our SDKs. We just try to like fund the development through anybody that actually is genuinely interested.
