Two to three drinks is that sweet spot for alcohol intake. Eating a good meal, rehydrating, exercising or even meditating will lease some of that tension. Take it easy on yourself maybe try and stop after the third drink. Being aware of what that does to your psychological well-being and your psychological state in the long term was important.
