Our breathing should never feel effortful it shouldn't be accompanied with breathlessness or dyspnea um a copren review back in 2013 said it was about 9.5 percent of the population in general but i think it's much higher than that and we would love to see medical doctors having some understanding of the breath even if they understood the physiology of the Bohr effect which they all study anyway. I want this to evolve because information is coming out all the time there's no tradition there's no guru there simply what can we do in terms of breath based on the information that we know today.
