As a filmmaker, if I was set dressing as set, I would go We would scout that and go, oh, I love how this is like that. At night, it's way prettier if the streets have some sheen So they wet down the asphalt Though asphalt is always wet But it's not like it's rain, because if you look at the cars or anything else, none of that's wet. This will bother everyone who doesn't know this If you're not in the film industry They'll raise it down.
