How to Oversubscribe to Investors

Konnosten: I was so nervous about speaking to investors and one bit of advice I got from a fellow searcher was, well, what advice do you have? She's like, there is no advice. You just have to do it. And the way I got around it was by just practicing a lot. The other thing I would say is that when I looked at the transaction, my model and was a lot more conservative than I believe the company would get to. As I said, I started reaching out to companies in kind of after Christmas Day, so Boxing Day as the beginning of January.
