Stan Hieronymus is the author of For the Love of Hopps and Brewing With Wheat. Stan has also penned hundreds of periodicals and has a certified beer judge. It's been so long since we spoke, I think the last year has been so long ago. We went to New Zealand and we're there for Hot Harvest. So that was pretty cool.
