I encourage people to experiment with the practice of taking a digital Sabbath, which basically is a 24 hour break from technology. I'm fascinated by what the effect might be on our physical health from being so constantly tethered to our devices. We were talking earlier about cortisol in terms of sleep. It's also really interested in learning or having someone research whether or not constantly being on call to our devices is actually having a physiological effect on our bodies that may be on our own.
