Every person I know that stands out for some reason sacrifices a little more just a little more than everybody else and that's why they're great at what they do. Most people don't realize that when they see someone that they come and maybe it's a narrative in their head to justify the fact that they're not there or why they don't work hard enough. There's a lot of weird psychology's we do right but yeah by me spending hours and hours with these people you realize that these people face demons they fought battles you'll never understand, you'll never know about. And then as I realized after a thousand guests over 11 years they all paid the cost they all put in the work
