The IMF and World Bank are doing what traditional colonialism would end up inflicting on these like poorer parts of the world. They're really exploiting people and impoverishing them. You get a subsidized way of life in the core countries, meaning the U.S., Germany, Japan, France, and England. And that's why I think we need to just have an honest conversation about what they are and what their impact has been.
