Deb: I'm going to be working with principals plus staff and parent representatives in an organization that has 43 schools so it's an opportunity to have an impact right across a large organization. Poor workplace well-being is not an issue of the individual it's primarily an issue of your workplace, Deb says. "What works in one school doesn't work necessarily in another school," she adds. 'Those are the most important things that I've learned in the last few years fantastic well'
