Are Ass Holes Really Bad?

i used to do it, but then it was so embarrassing every time i did it that i cu audition. You walk in a room, and these people are sitting there, like, just ready to judge you. And they're usually ass holes because they have a lot of power. I don't know what to do or say. It's all kind of an experiment. But that's why i think, like, i can cut out stuff that doesn't work.
