The difference between a poison and a medicine is just dosage. And especially for the purgative stuff that, like, if you don't vomit it up, it can really hurt you. I've beenn alotand i got nickeland and other heavy metal poisonings from some experiences that i had m back in two thousand and two and two or, i don't know, it's all a bluri go a little bit. There's definitely a very gentle a way of working with a number of these medicines. Thit are associated with with these plant traditions.
