I think that in some of his basic political views, people thought of him as immoderate for a long time. But i think you're right that over time, simi romsfeld came to believe that in government, if you want to get something done, you just have to shut everybody out and get it done. And interestingly, that the he's offit up there the rogues gallery, but so is dick chaney.
