Ethereum Service Contracts Can Have General Slashing Conditions

Eigenlayer is a permissionless system. So there is a scope for people to write very general slashing contracts. For example, somebody may write a service contract which says that if this DAO says that you misbehaved, I'm going to slash it. But of course, we want to steward it in a way that like we don't get into contentious slashing conditions. The ideal thing to happen on Eigen layer would be instantly as soon as slashing is triggered on Eigen layers. Because you know that whoever has staked, they have misbehaved. You can actually go on withdrawal instantly and then slashed them. That would be the protocol for slashing on the protocol for Ethereum
