The Egg Test
In Japan eggs don't have risk of salmonella as much. It's just because they're why is that they have cleaner facilities. And I think there's like the bacteria that exists in America doesn't exist as much there. An egg shell actually just out of a chicken's ass, but is fine and isn't going to go bad. But if because you power wash the shell, the shell gets thinner and therefore it is more likely to spoil the egg.
