Baseball has been very clear that they want to control all the streaming services for all of the streaming rights for all their teams. Baseball is watching this incredibly carefully and will do anything they can in their best interest, both short term and long term. Restructure means tht you're going to screw as many people as possible. You're going to find somebody to bail you out by giving you money to pay back what you absolutely have to, and then you'll basically screw everybody else. It's called a re structure. Airlines used to do this when they were getting crushed. They would call it re structuring. It really means they're just going to increase the price of your plane ticket
