God Is Not Like You and I

The Lord is not slow, well, here, let's go back to verse 8. But do not overlook this one fact, beloved, with the Lord one day as a thousand years and a thousand years as one day. The alternative is that when God is slow or late, what that means is that he is patient. We might be like God because he's made us in his image, but he's not like us. That's one of the key lessons from the Bible, especially from the Old Testament.
