We pay for the prosecution of the patents that you'l get engaged with. And essentially, the clients get to pay for the patens after they issue. So wel yo become the stake holdine patent or doohold? We do it two different ways. In one way, we can do a security interest on on the patents. Or in the other way, we could create a holding company and transfer the assets to the holding company fromnand the client gets an exclusive license with a buy out option.
