The US Is Not Playing That Role, Is It?

I think the problem is that that entire ystem of global growth has broken down, and the desire within the united states to continue to play that role is eroding. And there's not, we not really seeing something to replace at china is not stepping forward to replace it. So i think t there is a vacuum that is opening up, but but it's very unclear that china will be able to fill it.
