i feel like i also feel loneliness on a more like mental level. Sometimes it's kind of that feeling of being at a crowded party, and then you're like, oh, my god, i feel so lonely right now. In moment where you feel like no one really es you and lige gets you for who you are. Yes, i can only feel both of you guys. So in prefore of this episode, i was browsing the web, and i actually found an article from ink dot com. And they categorized loneliness in seven different types. I'm going to read them all out and briefly defined them, and then let's discuss.
