What Has Kursner Written About Distributive Justice?

Kursner was trying to defend the concept of pure profit, which is a big issue in intellectual history. He settled on this idea of what he called a finders keepers ethic. So his notion was is that we needed to make sure that the individual who discovered the profit opportunity was able to reap the rewards from their discovery.
