How to Grad a TIFF File in Photoshop

All the grading is now done on the raw file. For years, I have exported, just done a highlight and shallow recovery,. exported that as a TIFF and then worked on it in Photoshop. The thing I like about that is it locks me in far more to the look of the image. But again, using, I'm doing less to the file than I used to do. We use the same tools for skin tones now, don't they? And they're very similar.
