Is the State Responsible for the Gambling Industry?

This year, gamblers were predicted to spend $16 billion betting on the Super Bowl. At least 50 percent of gambling revenue in the U.S. is from people who meet criteria for "problem gambler" The National Council on Problem Gambling is funded by the gambling industry itself. It's a time set aside each year in the Church calendar to consider our habits and evaluate them.
