Are You Locked in or Not?

In our sample, in our group, it's about 40% of the survey are either, well, I soft on either on either spectrum. We basically ask people not their level of support, but whether they thought they were likely to change their mind. So again, the degree of difficulty is much higher for the no campaign. But all to win, apart from distribution, the yes case just needs to hold on to the majority of those soft voters.
