The U.S. and Australia have struck a deal that will allow the Australians to contribute their mineral resources to the American green tech industry. Peter Bergen: It's not like this is a one-stop shop for everything the United States needs, but it's a real big step in the right direction. He says other countries may be able to join the Australians in kind of this inner circle.
