I was a bit sceptical five years ago when we ated the company, but i can already feel a big difference five years later. When we started, it took me nine months just to get it legalized in denwick. And still, until this day to day, the powder we use from the netherlands is still not a novel food,. which means we can't just sell it everywhere. In europe. Food regulations are slowly catching up with developments in the insect business. Despite being eaten by humans for millennia, when they dropped out of fashion in the industrialized world, they were not incorporated into the codex alimentaris. The same organization that now wants us to eat them
