I hear stories about some coaches, the likes of Steve Borthwick who's a workaholic Eddie Jones. Is it all dependent on the environment you're in or how hard is it to put the ball down and say listen, I'm parking rugby now I'm just focusing on my family? It is really hard because you're constantly thinking about the next day's training,. You know, have I spoken to the player that hasn't been picked this week... And there's lots of things going in your brain. The more you do it, the better it is to read compartments a little bit.
