Pluralization of Agency in International Relations

Agency is about people, oganations that make a difference. And if you're analyzing how did things happen, who on the agents of change, who made the change? That's what we mean. Agency should not be acquainted with states or organized non state actors, but also individual women and men. While these individuals may be working for or associated with governments, intor governmental organizations or engios, they do leave their own distinctive mark on international agreements and institutions. The book puts aside that idea by look at the idea of the pluralization of agency.
