The centralization of people create this extra barrier to getting the stuff you need to do your job. I think we're especially focused on it at this moment because there's some additional sort of forced decentralization going on. It really does not take much distance between two people before you start to see these behaviors. And i think that because we have made it easier and easier to communicate a syncronosy, i think that has exasperated the problem.
