How Do We Stay Connected?

A lot of marketers get super excited about customer acquisition, but we're not always quite as excited about customer retention. So with that idea on going, how do we stay connected? We can't just assume that our loyal audience knows everything about usr that they'are members. And it just like a relationship, you have to really make that relationship valuable.
