I didn't have any kind of management training as many people, especially in design, don't. So i think that that expectation that you have on an individual and ther performance throughout a project is entirely different from the project success. And so it would be really nice to actually set those individual sort of expectations. I found it very interesting the use of the word ceremonies. What are some of the ceremonies that you use? The kind of term ceremony, in my mind, means like a repeated thing on each project, right? It's notjus a, it's not just a meeting that happens individually once. It is a like a ceremony of things.
