i b c is just a message format, more or less, and some valudation rules on that message format. I think it's very possible that the borders disappear. If etherium, or any application delivers on top of it, decide to support i b c and inter operate in that way, i think like m again, philosophically. Am, you know, if cosmos works, amy, it won't have boarders,. It will make it possible, for the first time, to... inter operate between different block chains without like, a bunch of idiosyncratic middleware.
