Are You the Boss?
In a recent mackenzie survey, 61% of executives said that at least half the time they spent making decisions was ineffective. Just 37 % of respondents said that their organizations decisions were both high quality and timely. Kim says it's important to understand that if you're the boss, you are actually usually not the decider. The job of the boss in a decision is to identify what the decision is and who will make it, but not to grad it themselves.
