Ponitia Is the Antithesis of Culture
In rousseau's imagination, the place to which human beings can escape from this trap is the forest or the wood s nature in that sense. This isn't priestly purification, but it's a kind of rising above. Sometimes you could read a like natus. Indeed, you could reading a family tree. And when you realize all the things that have gone together to make you who you are, you feel trapped by it. Maybe what we should learn from this story is not that we are right to will nothingness, but we should reconcile ourselves to the contingency of the whole thing.
