The Relationship Between Writing and Architecture
The boteler fractl was architecturally structured as a sequence of rooms, be they hotel rooms or maids rooms. Each chapter is formed around the description of a room, then sets out to inhabit the room with the thinking. So you have a aa simple, a spetial device suggesting a kind of formal closure. And then you can put things in that space, and then when you've finished with that space, you move on to a similar space.
