I really threw my mother, practiced what you preach through that book at her a lot. I saw the personality of Helen as sometimes terribly frightened, extremely manipulative and completely using can to drive Bill nuts. She reminded me of like a white, loved, very proper person who could have a knife behind her back and then go back to being very proper. When she was in the presence, she was very present. Whereas I'm much more inclusive of someone's dark sides or challenges and can love the whole picture instead of just that. And for better or worse, it's different in personality type. But in any case, so that Helen could hold the values of the course and even talk about it
