Laurie was found incompetent for trial. She went to a state hospital for ten months and has been restored to competency. Her trial is set for tober. Chad's trial is set in january. The trials right now are still conjoined. So the judge will either need to separate them or they'll have to change some timing. Within a year, finally, there should be some sort of trial.
