The X 37 B Is a Variant of the James Webb Telescope
The X 37 B is a variant of the OTV. It has no windows and it doesn't need one of the most difficult things about any spacecraft, which is eyes. This was started under the auspices of NASA. Shout out to the James Webb telescope, but it was passed to the US military. That's where the X 37 B comes from.
