Do It Imperatively, It's Better Than Nothing

Mike did little sets here and there, wherever i could. I just accepted the fact that there was no way in heck i was going to go to the jim for forty five minutes or an hour a day. It wasn't perfect, but i think that's my biggest recommendation to young mums, just do it imperfectly, but do it. And don't throw in the towel. The worst thing you can do is look at yourself and throw in the towels. Aself-fulfilling prophecy. Mike always eats the same thing for breakfast - eggs and egg whites. He has fish poultries every night as he doesn't want his diet to get out of hand.
