strength training is easy to be intimidated by, especially when you talk about doing it with intensity and intention. What do you recommend for women that feel like they have no time to get any of that my favourite question. Do not think that you need the matching, you know, at leisure with the perfect set up and the whole deal. We just have to lower our expectations of ourselves,. take it off this pedestal, understand that we can get a lot done with very little if we're intentional about it... You'll have a lot of success doing that.
