Medical students nowadays are a different bunch there, most commonly and a post graduate. They often have a career before they got to medical school. To put them in an environment where they're more or less treated like secondary school kids doesn't work well. The essential thing about adult learning is that adults identify their own learning needs. And so if we can as medical schools, really kind of amplify that and get peoplee eabout what they're learning, then they will sink any amount of energy into it because they're just naturally curious.
