A lot of the times, you already know what some of your highest priorities are. But you might not have clarity too is what specifically might create wonderful work for you. To be able to get clarity, we need to take action to be able to test it out. A lot of people that we work with take anywhere between seven months, sometimes upwards of a year to make their transition. And it's less about the transition because they could go and they could transition to anything, but it's more about taking the actions in between to find out and validate that're actually heading in the right direction.
