Is There a Business Case for Governance?
A lot of this has to do with the culture of Wall Street and we're not experts on that. Markets can be efficient, you know, in certain ways, but they can also not be efficient. And so I think that's where governance comes in because it might not be realistic to expect a company to stockpile a billion masks. So rather than criticize them for not doing them, I think it would make more sense to just say, look, it's just not realistic.
