Designing to a Lower Construction Cost?

In many cases, to be able to design something which has got more financial constraints. How does that reflect in your fees? Without, you know, we're doing more work to try and get a building to work a lower construction price. And honestly, i think its its a, it costs us more to go through that whole process, design it and then find out your 30% cost is too high. We don't natally get paid to do things twice, so i don't naly think that's the way to do it. I see it happen often. They come up with this idea and they develop it, and everyone's like, o i love that. That's grat
