The Evaluative Side of IO

An assessment is a sound logic driven argument. It contains evidence in terms of how we reached the audience, here's how they received the information and responded to it. And then what here are the effects that we saw overlapping in the same or similar space and time and the changes in attitudes and behavior. We also end up looking at what are called exogenous variables. Those are external influences, right? So maybe we're doing something with attitudes on country X. Country X invades another small country and all of a sudden your target audience starts having really negative views of country X. Is that because we did anything particularly effective in the information environment? Maybe not.
