How to Write a Powerful Exclamation Point
In languages that don't have special Unicode symbols, you can write them with a standard QWERTY keyboard without having to use any special software. Back in the day, there was actually a physical keyboard or not a keyboard, but a typewriter back in the old and old times when teletype were the way that you interacted with computers. There's like online IDEs and repels that let you click a button to get the character or type a two character combo that results in the special character showing up.
